Here's a VERY NICE Conn 88H professional trombone. The 88H is one of the best-designed trombones ever built. They give a great big sound, but still allow easy tone production. Original lacquer is quite good-I'd say 95% present with some minor dings and minor lacquer wear here and there. Slide is very good, and has recently been serviced. There is very little wear at the stocking (see pic). Don't miss this great trombone! Winning bidder to pay $55 shipping plus $1.00 per $100 bid price ...

King 2B Silver Sonic Anniversary Model 1893-1993 A great horn that I played on through high school, college, Disney and professionally. I'm sad to see it go. Purchased new in 1996, original owner. The bell is solid sterling silver, with "King Silver Sonic Anniversary Model 1893-1993" engraved on the bell. The handslide was a 8.5 - 9 before I had it serviced, aligned and cleaned today. It is dry so you can put your choice of lubricants on it. There is wear in the lacquer where your hands hold the horn on the handslide, but none of the infamous King peeling from acidic hands. There is minimal scarring from dent repair on the bell as well as the crook of the slide. The tuning slide has a bit more scarring, but no dents in it now. The stockings are in good shape with little wear and no plating loss. There is a scratch from where the water key hit the slide. The gooseneck has some speckles, as well as the bell just a few tiny black spots that I didn't notice until I was searching for things wrong with it. These are cosmetic and do not affect playability. The bell is a remarkably thick. The King logos on the counterweight are nearly 100%, which I have to say is a pretty big deal. It comes with the Anniversary Model case in black (with that cool green hint to it). It looks like the case marred the bell a little with the Anniversary Ribbon it has in the case. The zippers are in fine working order, however the latch hook is broken. There are marks consistent with bumping into a painted wall on the sides, and a few scrapes, but they do not affect the integrity of the "coffin case." I'm pretty sure that it is a single bore horn, because I can turn the handslide either way and it will move, however I'm not sure. If anybody knows for sure, send me a message. If you want a shiny used horn, this is definitely the one for you. Good luck and Happy Bidding!

There are no imperfections anywhere that would affect the "playability" of the unit. This was my mouthpiece for a while, and I can attest to the fact that it was never dropped or damaged in any way. The Lindberg mouthpieces are very distinctive with their conical shape (much like a horn mouthpiece), more narrow rim and deep cup. They all play very well. This is a great opportunity to own a fine mouthpiece without the big price asked if purchased new. Good luck in your bidding, and no return on this item please. Check my other listings for more trombone mouthpieces. I will be glad to combine shipping for multiple purchases.
