I am selling an S.E. Shires Tenor trombone with F trigger, two tone ((with wood trigger handle). The bell is a type 7, made of gold brass, and is medium weight. I am also selling 2 mouth pieces, 1 Denis Wick of London 6BL, and 1 Vincent Bach 3G. Additionally I am selling the ProTec trombone case pictured $230 value ( like new condition ), the horn stand and the bore cleaning swab and the silencer (pictured). This horn was one of several used by a professional musician ( my father) and there are no dings anywhere on the horn or slide, he loved this horn. Players the world over have discovered that the Shires large bore tenor trombone is the ideal instrument for any orchestral setting, as well as being wonderfully resonant and responsive for solo and chamber music performance. This instrument was very well cared for and it will show when opened and played.There are some minor blemishes on the slide where the hand is placed, but that is normal.
