I am getting rid of my lightly used King Trombone. I purchased this trombone a few years ago, but I only actually used it for a few months. It has been sitting in my instrument closet for the past few years just waiting to be played. It is in good condition. It has one small dent in the horn, however I had it repaired and now it is just a minor surface scrape. If you require more pictures, I would be happy to send them to you. This is a Conn 52H F attachment Trigger Trombone. I got it for my 8th grade graduation in 2001. I used it all through High School and haven't touched it since. I got it out a couple months ago because I figured it was pointless to have a 1400 dollar trombone sitting around in it's case. It had some corrosion on the outside of the slide, a small quarter inch ding in the bell and some minor scratches. I had all the corrosion removed and the ding rolled out but didn't want to spend the money fixing the scratches. The largest scratches are on the bell (about 2 inches long, in picture) and there's some scratches on the curves of the tuning slides. I included pictures of these. I also had the whole instrument ultra-sonically cleaned and the shop put it into perfect playing condition so the slide is flawless. The bell is a gorgeous "rose" brass color with a design on it. As far as the technical specs, this is how the instrument is described on music sights..."The C.G. Conn 52H accepts the standard tenor shank trombone mouthpiece and was designed to help the student make a smooth transition into the larger, symphonic trombone. It has a .547" bore with F attachment, .525"/.547" dual-bore hand slide and a seamless rose brass bell. A very versatile trombone, the 52H provides for the large bore sound wanted in concert bands and orchestras, while allowing for a true "lead" sound in jazz ensembles. As a bonus, this professional-style instrument is priced at the intermediate level." This is the first item I've sold on ebay so I don't know if I'm missing anything.
