I bought this mute one year ago – after ordering it I found out that the orchestra I played in used Dennis Wick mutes exclusively – Therefore I had to order a new mute (before I even received this one!) and have since always used my Dennis Wick mute – never touched this mute – did not even open the box – still originally sealed from the factory!!! This mute is doing me no good sitting in my music room – please give it a good home and lots of use!

You are bidding on a Sterling 4 Valve Compensating Professional Euphoium. Excellent intonation across all notes. It is Silver plated with stainless steel valves. All valves and slides work great. There are a few small dings but no real dents. Some of the silver is worn on the outer bell top as seen in the photo. Otherwise, the horn is in beautiful condition. The serial number on this horn is 1065S-752936. I am not sure of the date of manufacture of this horn. I purchased it online about 3 years ago, thinking I would play it along with my trumpet, but found the trumpet challenging enough, with not enough time to spend learning the euphonium. I had it checked out by my local brass repair shop and they felt it is in very good condition, and did not need any service. The case is original and in very good condition. This would be a great pro horn for a high school, college student or adult looking to upgrade to a professional horn. It comes with a Benge Marcellus and a new Dennis Wick SM4 mouthpiece. It also comes with a Cobalt River stand as seen in the photo. You will be very pleased with the sound of this horn.
